One of our favorite aspects of living at the Jersey Shore is people helping people. Regardless of politics or other things that may try to divide us - people helping people is a common positive thread. Our Coldwell Banker Downbeach Team is very active in the communities that we serve.

True Spirit Coalition / Feeding America

The True Spirit Coalition Feeding America Team combines the efforts of over 20 Brigantine organizations to help feed needy families in Brigantine. The food pantry located on the north side of the Presbyterian church accepts food and cash donations. The food pantry delivers food supplies to up to 100 families in Brigantine each week. The Downbeach Team actively supports food pantry efforts to raise funds at the Brigantine Farmers Market helping collect over $12,000 in donations in 2020

St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital

The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of the founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay. Our Downbeach Team is affiliated with Coldwell Banker that actively supports St. Jude’s mission. The Coldwell Banker® brand has teamed up with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help support its mission: Finding cures. Saving children.® As part of our partnership, we support St. Jude, a place so many kids call home while they fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
